- Evaluation of the technical feasibility of functional support requirements;
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues encountered by our users;
- Respond to and resolve support service requests;
- Analyze the programs already in place;
- Processing code in various tools and environments to ensure quality and smooth deployment.
- Install and test computer equipment as needed;
- Actively participate in managing changes when they occur.
